My Values

Love Yourself.

This is where it all starts. A good example of self love is the desire to help yourself. You are already taking the first step because you are here and reading this. I believe the root of change is based around love and change can be more difficult if love, particularly self love, does not exist. We all have the ability to grow and improve in this category. I want to empower you, give you space to talk about how to improve this relationship with yourself and help you reach your goals from the inner desire and appreciation of yourself.

Have Awareness.

Listening to our bodies is not easy when our days are busy and we don’t have time to tune in. Tuning in to your body can mean many things. How do you feel right now? Can you squeeze your rear end muscles? What is your gut telling you? How calm or sporadic is your mind right now? I value this awareness and consider it so important when we are trying to make changes for ourselves. Tuning in, listening and being aware help us feel and notice change on a greater scale. I want to give you tools and help you create time and space for checking in and have improved awareness of your body, mind and soul.

Gain Confidence.

In order to make a change and stick to it we want to feel confident in the choices that we make. Confidence can improve in many ways and I want to improve your confidence through education. Knowledge and understanding will reinforce the decisions you make. I want to empower you to understand why and how changes through movement, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset can be beneficial for you to give you the confidence to commit to them.

Be Deliberate.

Making a conscious choice and effort towards wellness is what I consider being deliberate. Being deliberate is taking ownership for your choices no matter what they are. That does not mean that you can only choose the “right” path or the “healthiest” path- it can mean that you decided to eat a sweet treat for dessert without feeling bad. If deep down it does not feel like you made the “right” choice that is okay, take it and move on, tomorrow is a new day. The education and knowledge that you will learn from me will help you to have strong reasoning behind your choices.

Trust Your Body.

Our bodies were made for us and only us. It is the container in which our soul lives and we need to trust it. Trust that it will tell us if something is wrong and that it will also tell us when something feels good. Lean into this trust. Our bodies are here for us and it is up to us to listen and care for it. We also have to trust that change doesn't happen overnight. Our body takes time to heal and some changes are not as apparent as others. If we honor our bodies it will repay us in beautiful ways.

My Mission

My mission is to teach you about how to trust and improve the awareness of your body, mind, and spirit. I want to improve your confidence as you develop and form an enhanced relationship with yourself and learn to love what you have. I want to motivate you to become deliberate with your choices, through movement, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset to work towards your individual wellness goals, to create positive habits for healthful living.
